Eduardo Pérez, technical director of Dos Grados, took part in the Invest in Cities 2022 National Congress, organised in Madrid by the Spanish Confederation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (CEPYME) to promote business investment in Spanish cities.
As managers of sustainable real assets, aligning our interests with the institutional and social reality of the places where our projects are located is fundamental to our concept and long-term socially responsible investment.
Under the title “Spanish cities and their commitment to economic development and job creation”, in addition to Dos Grados, mayors and councillors from cities recognised as favourable territories for attracting investment, creating companies and economic development took part: Alfafar (Valencia), Algete (Madrid), Almassora (Castellón), Burgos, Córdoba, Espartinas (Seville), Guadalajara, Manzanares (Ciudad Real), Martos (Jaén), Melilla, Miranda de Ebro (Burgos), Monzón (Huesca), San Javier (Murcia), Tarazona (Zaragoza), Torija (Guadalajara), Torremolinos (Málaga) and Valverde del Camino (Huelva).
