Dos Grados strengthens its commitment to energy storage at RENMAD Almacenamiento 2025

We took part in the panel on storage regulation in Spain.

Dos Grados was present at the latest edition of RENMAD Almacenamiento 2025, the leading professional event on energy storage in Spain, organized by ATA Insights. On this occasion, in addition to acting as an official sponsor, the company played a prominent role in one of the most relevant panels of the event: “Update on Energy Storage Regulation in Spain – Capacity Market Special.”

The panel featured industry experts, including Luis Palacios Castañeda, CEO of Dos Grados, along with David Diez Marcos (Watson Farley & Williams) and Germán Pacheco Vázquez (Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure). The session was moderated by Belén Gallego, CEO of ATA Insights.

The discussion addressed the main regulatory challenges for the deployment of energy storage in Spain, as well as the implications of the capacity market and the need for a clear, agile, and adaptive regulatory framework aligned with the pace of the energy transition.

“Storage will play a key role in stabilizing the power system and integrating renewables,” emphasized Luis Palacios during his intervention.

Dos Grados’ participation in RENMAD Almacenamiento 2025 reinforces its position as a key player in the development of sustainable real assets and reflects its strong commitment to leading change through innovative, strategic solutions aligned with decarbonization goals.
